LC Outcomes was formed in 2019 as the culmination of Larry Cheatham’s expansive career improving human resource practices for businesses in a variety of industries. He wishes to assist groups seeking to take any area of their human resources efforts to the next level, whether it’s policy development, hiring practices, training or the larger vision of company culture.

Larry Cheatham has been working to improve the practices and cultures of companies for more than forty years. From large corporations with $1.5 billion in annual revenue to small, local non-profit organizations, Larry has honed his skills and expertise in a variety of human resource disciplines. More than anything, he believes that no matter the size of the company, people are people who want to work in environments that offer professionalism, opportunity, fairness and dignity.
